How does it work?

Does American Star have a 24-hour contact channel for the guest?

Yes, we have guest service 24/7.

Are the beddings and towels washed in the own house?

No. All the beddings and towel are washed in external professional laundries after every check-out improving our guests’ experience, diminishing the cost of the electricity, and eventual maintenance of the equipment of the property.

Where does American Star list the properties?

We list on the main online booking channels, through partnerships with travel agencies, and on our own website!

How many beddings and towels are left in the house?

We equip the house with one bedding for each bed, one bath towel and one face towel per guest, and a rug in each bathroom.

Rentals with check-out and check-in on the same day are permitted?

Yes! That is common, and it is called back-to-back. A guest does the check-out at 10 a.m., and another does the check-in at 4 p.m. on the same day. In the meantime, our cleaning, maintenance, and inspection staff work together so that the house is ready for upcoming guests!
